“Honey …” calls the wife to her husband, “could you help me dig the garden today?”
“Sorry, sweetie, but I’m not a gardener, am I?”
“Would you fix the sink then?” she tries with a hopeful look on her face.
“I would, love, but I’m not a plumber now, am I?”
In the evening, when the husband gets back from work, the garden is all dug and the sink is nicely fixed.
“Who did all this?” asks the husband.
“It was our neighbor, sweetie. He offered his help and, in return, he gave me two choices: I could either cook for him, or sleep with him.””
“I hope you chose to cook for him” says the husband with a hopeful look on his face.
“I would have, love, but I’m definitely not a cook, am I?”
